The old office of the Tombras Group, a full-service advertizing agency in Knoxville, was getting too small. And so the company purchased a former office building in a prime city center location, which had been standing empty for over a decade. The architects at Sanders Pace planned the conversion. The existing building was completely renovated and the outer shell was removed. The new facade was clad with öko skin slats in liquid black. Photos: Denise Retallack
