Building Envelope with a Clear Structure
In the heart of the modern “Schöneberger Linse” development area, a new office complex has been built – centrally located with excellent accessibility. This innovative urban district combines working and living spaces, setting new benchmarks with its thoughtful traffic concept, sustainable energy supply, and additional projects like residential and hotel buildings. The seven-story new building stands out with its striking facade made of concrete skin panels and three-dimensional formparts. The glassfibre reinforced concrete elements frame the large window areas, providing the exterior with a clear, structured look. Photos: Ditz Fejer
