The project K71 in Prague was developed by C.A.I.S. Architects. It is situated between the Karlín Musical Theater and the Negrelli Viaduct. A concrete block with irregular cross-sections was chosen as the artistic theme of the building. The facade is realized with concrete skin facade panels. The light color, sahara, in combination with a sand-blasted surface resembles natural stone, fitting well into the surroundings of the building. Photos: Ditz Fejer
