Dans le cadre de la rénovation du siège de BayWa à Munich, le bâtiment de près de 50 ans a été recouvert de panneaux en peau de béton qui se chevauchent. Un total de 11 000 m² dans les teintes sahara donnent au bâtiment de 20 étages une nouvelle « enveloppe ». La nouvelle façade, plus légère d’aspect, est faite de minces panneaux en peau de béton écologiques, en forme de zigzag se fondant harmonieusement dans l’apparence du bâtiment existant.
