The mixed-use project has space for 304 rental apartments, flexible office space, restaurants, retail space and a boutique hotel. The design of the interior and exterior architecture takes into account the proximity to the water. The two complexes have been designed in different colours, with the hotel focusing on shades of grey and the Ora Seaport on brown tones. The öko skin slats used were liquid black and terra, which further helped to delimit the areas. A common courtyard creates a connection and commonalities. Photos: Ditz Fejer
