In an excellent location directly on the Favoritenstraße pedestrian zone in Vienna’s 10th district a new U-shaped building was constructed on an 8,000-square meter area. This part of the city is particularly attractive because of its good transport connections and many shops. There is an underground station only a few meters away, which takes you directly to Vienna’s city center. The building has three underground floors and eight floors above ground, offering plenty of space for residential and commercial areas. The building envelope was clad with over 1,000 sqm of concrete skin panels in sahara and blends harmoniously into the surrounding buildings. Photos: Ditz Fejer
