Atrium Bauträger GmbH was able to acquire the former town hall in the centre of Lauterach. The existing building was dismantled down to the supporting structure, expanded, and fully refurbished. The building now houses retail and commercial space, offices, and flats. Photos: Kurt Hoerbst
