As part of the renovation and expansion of the “Um Bock” school in Differdange, Luxembourg, additional classrooms, a modern library and new administrative offices were created. The new building structure was clad with over 3,200 m² of concrete skin panels. Warm tones such as terracotta, coralline, oxide red and burgundy were used, blending harmoniously into the surrounding environment. The facade’s red hues are inspired by the distinctive red soil of the Minett region, creating a strong contextual connection to the local landscape. Photos: Steve Troes
