Southeast Community College’s multidisciplinary building provides students and faculty with state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratory space. The spatial planning of the architects at BVH Lincoln and Multistudio focused on active learning and fostering collaboration. The multi-award-winning new building was clad with öko skin slats in the highlight color coralline. The cheerful shade of red lends the building envelope a fresh and vibrant look. The different surfaces create additional highlights. The colors, textures and materials reflect the surrounding landscape and harmoniously blend into the overall picture. Photos: Ditz Fejer
