Facade made of glassfibre reinforced concrete

The hotel adds a touch of elegant design to the district as well as glamorous highlights. Large glass surfaces reflect the building’s openness, with the transparency connecting the inside with the outside. Parts of the building envelope were clad with öko skin slats in anthracite. This, combined with the windows and the light-colored facade panels, creates an exciting contrast and lends structure to the outer skin. The complex also houses a fire station and retail space.
