The modern architecture of the five-storey office building in Leeds features an unusually curved form with stepped roof terraces. Custom-made U-shaped formparts skillfully accentuate the steel and glass facade. Over 1,700 formparts in the colour sahara were used. The design helps create a sense of well-being and fosters creativity and collaboration. The architects from Sheppard Robson placed great emphasis on natural light, a spacious feel, and access to green spaces. By planting various tree species and installing bird nesting boxes, the local biodiversity is promoted. Photos: Ditz Fejer
