Sustainable, innovative, forward-looking
With the construction of its new headquarters in the heart of Innsbruck, Tiroler Versicherung is sending a strong message for responsible and future-oriented building. The design by DIN A4 Architecture combines timber hybrid construction with glassfibre reinforced concrete facade elements – an innovative blend of climate-friendliness, functionality and aesthetics. Regional timber, energy-efficient construction methods and durable materials result in a building with high-quality spaces and a minimal ecological footprint. Green roofs, open courtyards and urban usage zones make the new headquarters a flagship project for sustainable architecture in an urban setting. The facade, made of glassfibre reinforced concrete just 13 mm thick, impresses with its durable, low-maintenance surface, excellent weather resistance and clean, contemporary appearance.
