Contrast of Brick and Concrete

Contrast of Brick and Concrete

Contrast of Brick and Concrete

The area around Old Oak and Park Royal is set to be revitalised. The focus is on providing spacious, affordable housing. In the first phase, 605 flats and additional commercial spaces have been constructed. The ground and first floors feature shared offices, shops, cafés, a community centre, and a nursery. The brick facade is interrupted by cream-coloured glassfibre reinforced concrete elements. The balcony railings are also clad with C-shaped formed parts, creating striking accents.
