The newly redesigned Eurospar in Mauerbach combines functionality with clear, modern architecture. A generous canopy provides shelter when arriving and leaving and simultaneously serves as a distinctive light ceiling, guiding visitors through the space. On approximately 1,870 m², an inviting market with an expanded range of products has been created. The building envelope features concrete skin panels in burgundy, whose deep red tone blends harmoniously with the surroundings. In combination with large glass surfaces, the design conveys openness and transparency. Photos: Ditz Fejer
