Due to the ever-growing number of grammar school students in Bad Cannstatt, the Elly Heuss Knapp grammar school had to be expanded. The first construction phase was completed in 2021, and the second part will follow in 2023. The focus was on new pedagogical concepts, wheelchair accessibility, all-day operations including an expanded sports programme and a cafeteria as well as modern premises. The sports hall was also renovated and clad with concrete skin panels. Photos: Ditz Fejer
