This residential complex features 103 luxury apartments with balcony or terrace in a central location in Vienna. Residents also have access to a wide range of services and amenities: the use of a gym, sauna, leisure and recreation areas, excellent public transport connections as well as event rooms. For the facade, the architects and Rieder developed the special colour “calida alba”; this was combined with concrete skin panels in sandstone and sahara on the building shell. Photos: Ditz Fejer
