Building Envelope with a Clear Structure

Building Envelope with a Clear Structure

Building Envelope with a Clear Structure

In the heart of the modern development area “Schöneberger Linse,” a new office complex has emerged – centrally located with excellent accessibility. This forward-thinking urban district combines work and living spaces, setting new standards with its thoughtful traffic concept, sustainable energy supply, and additional projects such as residential and hotel buildings. The seven-storey new building impresses with its distinctive facade made of concrete skin panels and three-dimensional formparts. The delicate glassfibre reinforced concrete elements frame the large window areas, giving the outer shell a clear, structured appearance. Photos: Ditz Fejer
