A new, exclusive residential ensemble was built on an area of 3,000 square meters in the Kirchberger Reithergasse in Tyrol. The “rr55” residences include four different buildings in a sophisticated design. The envelope of the building on the ground floor was constructed from concrete skin by Rieder. The dark glassfibre reinforced concrete panels contrast with the wood panelling on the upper floors. The special feature of the 13 mm thin anthracite facade is the “vintage” surface developed by Rieder. It gives the residences a unique appearance. Photos: Ditz Fejer
