The foundation stone for the construction company Grüner and Mühlschlegel was laid as early as 1924. After nearly 100 years of company history and continuous growth, it was time for a new administrative building. Under the motto 'greener and more modern', the architects from Stäblein planned a new complex that reflects the company's philosophy and performance. A rooftop landscape serves both as a recreation and utility garden for the employees. Together with the facade greenery at the base, it actively contributes to environmental protection. The company also aims to take ecological responsibility with the building envelope. Therefore, the facade was clad with concrete skin panels, which were convincing in terms of sustainability. But also, aesthetically, the elements blend harmoniously into the overall concept. Photos: Ditz Fejer
