Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum
Bratislava, Slovakia

The newest of the larger art museums of Bratislava is located in a particularly spectacular locality on a peninsula in the middle of the Danube, about 15 km south of the city center. The Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum is named after the river, on one hand, and after its benefactor, the Dutch art collector and patron, Gerard H. Meulensteen, on the other hand.
