Eurostars Book Hotel
The facade of curved glassfibre reinforced concrete at the Eurostars Book Hotel in Munich is part of a special design idea. The architecture of the building tells its own story of the book as a cultural object. Each floor reflects a literary genre; rooms and hallways are dedicated to famous books. The sophisticated facade elements by Rieder are curved book pages, which at the same time protect against direct sunlight.
