ECE Center CANO Singen

The shopping center in Singen with its 16,000 square meters of retail space has room for 85 shops and catering businesses. A contemporary and well thought-out concept impresses with a balanced tenant mix at an attractive location. Regional features are reflected in the design. The architectural design of the center is based on the volcanic heritage of the region and on the city’s industrial tradition. The geological structures of the landscape were reinterpreted and industrial materials were used. Dark formparts, large windows and lattice-like elements give the building envelope a unique appearance. During the construction of the center, a strong focus was placed on sustainability and modern and energy-efficient technologies were implemented, for example LED lighting and heat pumps.
