The special feature of the award process lies in the two-stage evaluation of the submissions: an experts jury makes a preliminary selection. The nominated products will then be evaluated by readers in an online voting process to choose the winners. Voting will run from July until 30 September 2023.

We are proud that the expert jury nominated a Rieder product in the roof and facade category: The first CO₂-reduced glassfibre reinforced concrete for innovative façade elements. In the concrete matrix 3.0, 50% of the cement was replaced by natural local pozzolana. This resulted in a 30% reduction in CO₂. The cement will be gradually completely substituted.
