Facade with technical and aesthetic advantages
The multi-family building in Winterthur was clad with öko skin slats in silvergrey. The authentic and simple shade blends in well with the landscape and matches its surrounding countryside. The elements made of glassfibre reinforced concrete means the facades are very low maintenance and, compared with wood, never have to be painted or sanded. Photos: Ditz Fejer
