Natural material
The new building offers space for 16 rental apartments designed primarily with students in mind. The nested and cubic building structure allows for internal densification, thereby creating as much space as possible. Durability was the primary consideration in the choice of materials, which is why concrete is a defining element both on the building envelope and inside the building. The glassfibre reinforced concrete panels blend perfectly into the concept and permit a durable and robust facade solution. Photos: Ditz Fejer
