Berg am Laim primary school

Munich, Germany

Built in 1924, the school building was extended in 2018 on behalf of Munich’s city council to include a house of learning, a refectory, a multi-purpose sports hall and an underground car park. Around 600 children from many different countries attend the primary school in Munich. The facade of the new building was clad with concrete skin slats and formparts in sahara.
