Standard Form Elements
With a specially developed process, U-shapes, arches and other geo-metric shapes can be manufactured using fibreC panels. Preformed parts are only available with a thickness of 13 mm and with the sur-face ferro and have the same product properties and advantages as concrete skin. Standard angle formats are in stock; special shapes and round arches are more time-consuming in their production and thus have a longer delivery time.

Light and Concrete at the Triennale - indiebar
Indiebar was developed by Rieder, Davide Groppi and 967 Design. During the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, indiebar was presented in the garden of the Triennale.
I’ve always worked on opposites.
fibreC is cement and it’s thin.
fibreC’s bidimensionality is fascinating.
It’s the project main component.
I’ve imagined, from the start, an “outdoor” use
because of its material technological characteristics.
I like to think of outdoor light as something
that comes from indoor.
Nearly the extension of the actions
we do inside our home.
Working with the architects of Studio 967,
we developed an outdoor seat with light.
Light is very low, downward, floating.
Indiebar is a small gesture
to enlighten a night in may.
With friends.

Central park urban furniture
With the central park product line – which won the renowned LEAF (Leading European Architects Forum) Award in 2005 – fibreC has found its way into urban situations. This product line of urban furniture, which was developed in cooperation with Oskar Leo Kaufmann, sets new standards in the design of urban spaces and demonstrates the versatility of fibreC. The modular furniture, which can be used for sitting, lying, leaning and many more purposes, is as versatile as the material it is made of: freely mouldable, suitable for serial production, lightweight and robust – in one word fibreC. The elements of the central park line can be installed individually in public spaces in many dif-ferent variations.
Tavola, Cube and Tube
During H.O.M.E. Depot in Vienna, Rieder was presenting the fibreFurniture product line. Framed of a huge and curved bar made of fibreC, people could admire our fibreC lounge. Apart from floor, wall and window blades, concrete skin was also used for creating furniture. Especially the fibreC furnitures „tavola“, „cube“ and „tube“ acquired approval.

Oven Tray
As glassfibreConcrete is made of purely mineral raw materials, it is environmentally-friendly and thus entirely unobjectionable in terms of health. As a result of the high thermal conductivity of fibreC, tempe-rature losses can be avoided and the heat is distributed evenly across the tray. Due to its exceptional thermal stability up to 350°C, fibreC oven trays are used in industrial ovens and large-scale bakeries all over the world.
fibreC oven trays from our production are of course free of asbestos and available for all kinds of ovens. Our oven trays have passed all tests and certificates regarding food safety and security. fibreC is also ideally suitable as baking stone for home use.
